Communication is a social process that requires the participation of two or more persons. It involves the human ability to use abstract concepts in order to affect the actions and thinking of other individuals. The term ‘communication’, which is from the Latin term ‘communicare’, literally means to make common, share, participate, or impart. Communication indicates a sense of commonness with others by sharing information, signals, and messages.
